Sang Bleu 2024 75cl:
Formerly known as "Camerise Lambic", a delicious Lambic blend that features the unique addition of blue honeysuckle, also known as haskap, berries. For the last two years, Cantillon has been carefully crafting a limited quantity of this fruited blend with the slightly sweet and beautifully acidic Camerise berries. Inspired by this exquisite fruit, the beer has been appropriately renamed as Sang Bleu - a striking blue fruit that results in a blood-red beer. The label design, courtesy of their talented friend Ammo, is the perfect complement to the new name. The brewer himself describes Sang Bleu as a powerful and intensely fruity beer, yet perfectly balanced with a subtle interplay between acidity and astringency. With a 6% alcohol content, this batch was bottled on January 8th, 2024.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (20|21) :
Considered by many as the bridge between wine and beer, the Grand Cru Bruoscella offers a robust and refined flavor profile. This vintage lambic has a wine-like structure with hints of oxidation and a blend of acidity and smoothness. As a flax, non-carbonated beer with a 5% alcohol content, it carries a distinct character, bottled on April 11th 2024.

Saint Lamvinus:
This blend consists of lambics that have been aged for an average of 16 to 18 months, and it also features Merlot grapes. This year's blend, bottled in November 2022, is notably made with 55% Merlot, 35% Grenache Noir, and 10% Syrah. With a 7.5% alcohol content, Saint Lamvinus further bridges the gap between the worlds of wine and beer by incorporating grapes typically reserved for wine production. The bottling date is November 13th 2023.

100% Kriek:
This blend contains lambics and sour cherries, with 200 g of cherries per litre of beer. The beer has a mildly acidic flavor of red fruit and delicate hints of almond. When consumed while young, Kriek brings out its full "fruitiness", but as it ages, the lambic becomes more dominant, sacrificing some of the fruit. It has an alcohol content of 6% and was bottled on April 8th, 2024.

Gueuze:
Introducing the Gueuze Lambic, also known as the Classic Gueuze, carefully crafted by Brasserie Cantillon.
