Georg Fuerst and Lukasz Wiacek burst onto the Berlin craft beer scene in 2016, shaking things up with the creation of Germany's first-ever New England IPA. Fuelled by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a relentless desire to refine their brewing processes, they have collaborated with some of the world's most esteemed craft beer breweries.
The recent opening of their new brewing facility in Berlin Siemensstadt provides them with even more opportunities to experiment and innovate. Fans of FUERST WIACEK's consistently magnificent, juicy, and hop-forward IPAs need not worry, as they will continue to deliver the goods. However, those who enjoy variety will be pleased to hear that the brewery is also exploring the realms of sour beers, stouts, and other styles, ensuring that there is always something new and exciting to try.
