When Omnipollo's co-founders Henok Fentie and Karl Grandin came together to create the brewery, they shared a passion for Brooklyn Brewery. Henok was especially inspired by Garrett's Black Chocolate Stout, while Karl admired the renowned designer Milton Glaser, who had created Brooklyn's logo. To put their own twist on this beloved brew, Garrett and the Omnipollo team have reinvented the recipe, incorporating the remarkable flavor of fonio. This "blacker" version highlights the versatility and sustainable growth of this unique African supergrain, while also supporting smallholder farmers and their climate-resilient farming practices. This edition features 10% alcohol and a special ingredient for a truly exceptional flavor experience.
