Husband and wife duo Edward and Morgan Westbrook started the brewery in 2010. Their IPA and White Thai, both sold in cans, are the signature styles and are available year round. Westbrook has even more that are rotational or seasonal.
Westbrook brewing puts a creative, high-turnover spin on production brewing; Westbrook is constantly experimenting with barrels and single-hop expressions, and looking for ways to match up malts and hops and yeast strains in unconventional combinations.
