Red Williams Pear Rosemary Créme Berliner.
A smooth, creamy and refreshing Nu-Berliner Weisse (aka Budapest Weisse) fermented with bushels of red williams pear (from Haute Provence, France), a dash of fresh rosemary and a pinch of Guérande fleur de sel.
This is the first beer of my Nu- series, which means a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles. This beer is brewed just with fresh hungarian rosemary instead of hops, then fermented on fresh, rich and juicy red Williams pears and a hint of Guérande fleur de sel.
