The beer we conjured up is Amadeus Complex, a Modern West Coast IPA where we combined both of our processes for brewing West Coast IPAs, to create this dry, bitter & crisp West Coaster!
Amadeus Complex is hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Idaho 7 Cryo and Cryo Pop “Berry”, giving it a flavor profile of both Modern & Old School West Coast IPAs. We get a delightful bright and fruity hop profile with notes of pineapple & passion fruit, followed by pine & grapefruit. The beer finishes crisp & dry with a high bitterness, making you want to go in for another sip!
