Closures Double IPA is a hazy and juicy beer that is kettle and dry hopped with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. The Citra hops give the beer a bright and citrusy aroma with notes of grapefruit and lime, while the Mosaic hops bring out flavors of tropical fruits like mango and passionfruit. The Cashmere hops add a touch of complexity to the beer with subtle hints of melon and lemon. At 8.3% ABV, Closures Double IPA is a big beer that packs a punch, but the hoppy flavors and aromas are well-balanced by a smooth and slightly sweet malt backbone.
