Locally sourced cereals make up 60% of the brewing ingredients, contributing to the distinctive complexity of this spontaneously fermented and oak barrel-matured geuze. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this 7.2% ABV blend is a testament to the expertise and artistry of 3 Fonteinen.
