For our first beer under the Theogony Project which we named GOD OF GODS we teamed up with our friends from Avon NY, the almighty Mortalis Brewing Company for a unique imperial monstrous stout !!!

We used a big , high-dextrin malt base which we boiled for 7 hours, in order to achieve an oily and extra viscous body almost like crude oil. After the fermentation we dosed this monster with loads of vanilla and few more tons of toffee caramel to create a creme brûlé pastry-like experience.

The result: clocking at 11% is a huge expression of melted chocolate poured over a freshly burnt sugar on top of a buttery creme brûlé .

Layers of caramelised sugar, toffee, chocolate and dark fruits all blend together in this amazing stout !!!
