This spiced sour is a combination of North Brewing's signature smooth saline base with oats and lactose, along with seasonal fruits like plum and apples. The North Beer Club members were enlisted to help cut up the fruit and roast it with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger before adding it to the whirlpool. Fermentation was enhanced with organic blackberry puree and apple concentrate for a deep, vibrant red hue and complex, seasonal flavoring. Enjoy the perfectly balanced melding of roasted fruits and warming spices all complemented by North Brewing's signature smoothness.
