Prize Pils from Omnipollo is a traditional Bavarian lager that combines the easy-drinking qualities of a Helles with the floral notes of a pilsner. Brewed at Camba brewery in the heart of Bavaria, this beer is made with an all-German ingredient list featuring 100% German pilsner malt and Bavarian-grown hops such as Tettnanger and Hallertauer Tradition. The fermentation process is carried out ultra-cold and slow using yeast from the oldest commercial brewer in the world, Weihenstephan. Finally, the beer is lagered at near-freezing temperatures to ensure maximum crispness and refreshment.
