On the hops side, Idaho 7 takes the lead, backed up by Citra and Motueka and just a touch of old school, with piney Chinook.

Deadbeat is the first beer in a new Patrons Project series with artist Bobbi Abbey. To kick this off in style, we worked with two of our Hop City guests, Prizm & Finback.
The special oil chemistry profile of Superdelic produces unique flavours and aromas of red fruit, sweet lollies, candy, citrus and tropical fruit. Superdelic was the result ten years of breeding work by NZ Hops, and was released in the 2023 season.

The first thing we’ll tell you is you need this beer. A hop-forward full-throttle US-inspired 8% DIPA packed with juice. Thick and juicy with tropical flavours, made with some stellar headline hops; Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe.

Our sixth and penultimate release with our sweet-toothed Patron Leimai Lemaow. Sour Party Garys.We've headed across the Pond for our candy inspiration this time, as we set about recreating a North American classic sweet. And we got Florida’s Tripping Animals to help us out while they were here for Hop City.We’ve used classic flavours of raspberry, orange, lime and lemon, over a Pale Ale base hopped with Mosaic. The result is a pink smoothie style Fruited Pale Ale, with tangy fruit flavour sharp sourness and a bag of sweets aroma.
