Prenzlauer Berg is a wheat beer sour brewed by Põhjala, now available in an alcohol-free version. The beer pours a vibrant reddish-pink color with a pink-white head. It offers a sweet creamy raspberry flavor with a zesty acidity that tingles the tongue. The beer's light malt body slides smoothly down the throat and is balanced by a juicy, creamy lactose touch. Its aroma is reminiscent of a rich raspberry milkshake with a slightly citric sour touch. The beer is brewed using a combination of pale ale, wheat malt, flaked oats, and flaked spelt, along with Hallertau Blanc hops, raspberries, and lactose.
