A classic yet unique lager. We brewed it exclusively from fresh, so-called "green," hops harvested on the same day. We used only Žatec semi-early red hops, which we added throughout the entire hop boiling process as part of the traditional two-mash brewing method. We used Pilsner and Munich malts. The result is a delightful balanced flavor that highlights the uniqueness of the renowned Žatec semi-early red hops. Thanks to it, Svatováclavská 13 gained an unmistakable strong hop aroma, which supports a subtle bitterness and a higher effervescence without being intrusive.
