This Sour IPA is brewed using Holy Goat's most tropical Brettanomyces strains, which ferment for 3 months before being dry hopped with Australian Galaxy and Eclipse hops. These hops bring a burst of fruity aromatics, including mandarin, passionfruit, peach, apricot, and a touch of pine. The acidity of our house culture is balanced by this hop blend, creating a massive juice bomb. Our collaboration with BarthHaas X and their Spectrum dry hop liquid allows us to achieve the perfect blend of hop varieties to enhance the base beer. With a 6% alcohol content, prepare for a flavor explosion and enjoy the tropical fruit flavors of mandarin, passionfruit, peach, and apricot, with a hint of pine.
