This Imperial Stout is aged for 14 months in Bourbon barrels, resulting in a full-bodied flavor with notes of nutty chocolate and toasted marshmallows. An ample quantity of Northwestern Meadowfoam honey and a touch of smoked malt create a rich complexity. To be enjoyed best on a cool night with a warm fire.
