2. Ordering and Payments

2.1. By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. For alcoholic beverages, you also warrant that you are above your local legal drinking age.

2.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2.4. Payment for all orders must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payment via MobilePay. Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay among others.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs will be provided to you before you place your order. For shipping times, we refer to our shipping page here.

3.2. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as they are subject to postal delays and other factors beyond our control.

3.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from KIHOSKH.DK pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. In general, since we are dealing with Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Beverages with limited durability we don’t accept any returned goods. This is to ensure the quality for our customers.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Please note that if a package is denied upon arrival, a refund will not be issued unless the original package is received and shipped back at the customer's expense.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. This includes perishable items such as food and beverages. Therefore, all drinks, beers, wines, etc., cannot be returned.

This policy is in place to ensure the quality of our products and is exempt from return rights as per Danish law.

4.2. We typically do not provide refunds unless there is physical damage to the products or a quality issue. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any quality issue at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card or bank account used for the original purchase. We do not process refunds to any other card except the one used for the order placement. For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card. Cash refunds or transfers to third parties are not available. Shipping costs or import taxes incurred by you in receiving an order will not be refunded.

If you obtained a product through a promotion, the value of that promotion will be deducted from any refund issued to you.
