Kope-niu Imperial Stout was collaboratively created and brewed by Bad Seed and Y Not Brewing, an esteemed nano-brewery near Aalborg. The brewer added coconut cream and medium roasted Brazilian Single Estate Grade A Arabica coffee during conditioning, giving this Imperial Stout a luxurious texture with bold coffee and coconut scents, and hints of dark chocolate, licorice, and dark fruit flavors.
