As usual with beers from Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus this beer is brewed under the Reinheitsgebot - only 4 natural ingredients allowed. Malt is pure wheat. Pure spring water from the local area and Hallertauer & Tettnang hops.
Pours with a nice white, longlasting head. Amber in color and a medium haziness. Fruity notes of peach accompanied by yeast and grain. Excellent.
