This Druif features a unique blend of 3 Fonteinen's macerated Spätburgunder, also known as the German Pinot Noir, from Weingut Harth + Harth in Rheinhessen. The maceration process lasted almost four months using only two- and three-year-old lambics. This results in a weighted average maceration of 21 months upon bottling. The final product boasts a 500-gram fruit intensity per liter, with a 7.9% alcohol content.
