Experience the perfect balance of fruity and tart flavors with Kweepeer (21|22) Blend #51 Fruited Lambic. Crafted with macerated organic quinces from fields around Flanders, this beer is a unique blend of young and jonge lambiks for a distinctly complex flavor profile. The massive quinces give off their flavors and aromas without being disintegrated into the lambik, making it difficult to determine an exact fruit intensity level. However, 3 Fonteinen expertly macerated a 50/50 mixture of quince and lambik, resulting in a deliciously intense brew with a 6.8% alcohol content.
