Stille Nacht is a distinguished beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed traditionally for Christmas. Coming in at 12% alc/vol, it is brewed with pale malt and white candy sugar in the kettle, giving it a distinct sweetness that is balanced by the hopping of Nugget hops. The flavor profile is complete with a slight acidity from the fermentation. This beer is excellent for aging, as we have seen with our samples from every batch we've brewed so far. To maximize the aging potential, store the beer at 10°C and label the bottle cap with the year of production. Enjoy!
