Kosmos is a New England style IPA brewed by Põhjala with a focus on the hop flavors and aromas of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Vic Secret. It has a sweet, juicy taste dominated by tropical fruits such as papaya, lychee, and pineapple, as well as fresh citrus notes. The beer has a hazy yellow appearance with a white head, and the aroma is described as being full of citrus and passionfruit, with a strong presence of lime zest. The malt bill includes pale malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats, which contribute to a light malt backbone that allows the hops to shine.
