In 2022, Griffin Claw joined forces with some local legends to bring you a unique variant of their beloved Flying Buffalo Coffee. The Becharas brothers, rooted in Detroit, come from a family legacy of coffee roasting spanning over a century. For this special edition, they've handpicked a strictly high-grown bean from Finca El Camalote in Honduras's Santa Rosa region.
With a full city roast and a coarse grind, this bean imparts a gentle flavor profile with low acidity and subtle chocolate undertones. We take this exceptional coffee and cold steep it, creating a harmonious blend with a 9-month-aged bourbon barrel Imperial Stout. The result is a can of pure harmony, where the art of coffee roasting meets the craft of brewing, all within a 12% ABV. Enjoy the unique balance and rich flavors of this limited edition stout.
