Through a meticulous process, the brewer combines young and old lambic beer that has aged in Brouwerij Boon's own oak casks. After 6 months, 25% black cherries are added to the young lambic, triggering a second fermentation. The result is a natural and refreshing red beer with a perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavor - the essence of true kriek. No artificial colorings or flavorings are ever used, and at 4% alcohol, it's the perfect beverage for any occasion.

We get 10 to 15 new kinds of beers every week. What you find this week might be gone next week, but then we got new beers just for you.
