A light hint of nuttiness and toffee provide a balance, while the bold presence of chocolate comes through, leading to a creamy and satisfying finish of vanilla. This dark brew boasts a brief brown head over its jet black appearance, and its aroma is filled with the richness of chocolate and hazelnut, complemented by a touch of coffee and vanilla, with a subtle hint of birch forest. The malts used include Munich, Flaked oats, Cara pale, Cara 150, Cara 300, Carafa 2 special, Chocolate malt, Birch smoked rye malt, and Lactose, while the hops utilized are Magnum and First Gold.
