As dark as a winter night in Estonia, Öö Imperial Baltic Porter is strong and full-bodied. Its espresso-like acidity and sweet caramel toffee flavours are complemented by notes of redcurrant and dark chocolate. It pours pitch black with an opaque brown head, offering a nose of burnt sugar and rich dark fruits, with a smoky finish. Malts include Pale Ale, Munich, Carafa II Special, Special B, Chocolate malt, Crystal 300, and Demerara sugar, while Magnum and Northern Brewer hops enhance the taste.
