The Schönramer Weissbier is a classic Bavarian-style wheat beer brewed using traditional methods, including bottle and barrel fermentation. Unfiltered and containing live yeast, this beer has a sprightly acidity and velvety fullness that caresses the palate. The aroma and taste offer notes of cloves, nutmeg, orange marmalade, and banana. It has won the Ebs Bronze European Beer Star Award in 2008, and a Bronze Award for South German-Style Bernsteinfarbenes Hefeweizen.
