This Pastry Sour, made in collaboration with Pastore, celebrates Amundsen's 10th birthday with a combination of raspberries, passionfruit, whipped marshmallow, and coconut cream. The deep red pour and fluffy head are complemented by aromas of raspberry jam, exotic passion fruit, and toasted coconut. The mild tartness and smooth, sweet finish are enhanced by fresh homemade raspberry jam and bright passionfruit flavors. The additions of toasted coconut and Madagascan vanilla bean add depth and bring a pastry-like quality to this delicious 6% ABV brew, paying tribute to Amundsen's milestone birthday.
