Merging Pawpaws and Cherries with a Berliner Weisse style ale from northern Germany, Perpetum's 3-month fermentation creates a tart and characterful beverage. No kettles were soured in this beer's production, resulting in a bright and lively house sour wheat ale with spirited balance.
