This Flanders Red Ale is a fusion of British Stock Ale and a Flanders Red, brewed with a combination of crystal, amber, and rye malts. Primary fermentation involved a brettanomyces blend and the brewery's signature yeast and bacteria culture. After blending with a 2-year-old Amber Sour Beer aged in Rye Whiskey barrels (70/30), the beer was transferred directly onto the lees and fruit (200kg of redcurrants/blackcurrants) from a previous Flanders Red - Blood Incantation, as well as 200 kg of whole victoria plums from Pittormie Fruit Farm, located just 7 miles away. Some of the plums were even smoked at the brewery using oak staves from a red wine barrel. The result is a complex and vinous beer with a subtle smokiness that can be enjoyed now or aged for a more intense flavor. At 6.66% percent, this unique beer boasts a diverse mix
