The Frederiksdal 2019 Cherry Wine is a celebration of Frederiksdal's heritage, drawing inspiration from the time-honored traditions of sherry making. Rooted in the Solera System, each bottle embodies a rich history and a legacy of expert craftsmanship. The Solera System, akin to nourishing a sourdough starter, involves drawing small portions of wine from a row of barrels every year and replacing them with younger wine. This imparts the qualities of older vintages onto the new, creating a wine that gains in complexity over time. Established in 2006, our Solera is a testament to Frederiksdal's journey. With 1,251 liters of wine distributed across various barrel sizes, this Solera is replenished with our finest vintages. However, to preserve the distinctive character of our system, we only draw 150 liters annually. Each bottle is individually numbered and bears our signature, with the bottling year marked by a unique hashtag (#).

How often do you get new beers?

We get 10 to 15 new kinds of beers every week. What you find this week might be gone next week, but then we got new beers just for you.
