Parish Brewing Co.
Parish Brewing Co. is located in Broussard, Louisiana and was founded by Andrew in 2003, who was inspired by the thriving craft beer scene in Pittsburgh. Parish's first beer, Canebrake, was named after the sugarcane fields in the area and quickly gained popularity. Today, Parish is known for their juice bomb IPAs, including Ghost in the Machine, and other innovative brews. They completed construction on their new brewery in 2012 and have since become one of the largest breweries in the region. Parish offers 10 year-round beers, seasonal Berliners, high gravity double and triple IPAs, and barrel aged strong ales. Their philosophy is to be a strong, profitable business while making intensely flavored, modern beer of the highest quality.
