This particular Intens Rood's blend No. 118 was aged for approximately six months in oak barrels with a combination of one and two-year-old lambics from three distinct barrels and eight brews. The resulting fruit intensity is 498 grams of sour cherries per liter, and it is composed of 100% 3 Fonteinen ingredients.
