Banoffee Bänger is an Imperial Stout brewed by Põhjala. It is inspired by the famous Banoffee pie dessert and has a rich and decadent flavor profile. The beer is brewed with bananas, caramel, and lactose, which provide a creamy sweetness to the beer. It has a dark, almost black color and a thick, tan head. The aroma is dominated by the scent of ripe bananas and caramel, with a hint of roasted malts in the background. On the palate, the flavors of banana and caramel are balanced by a roasty bitterness and a hint of chocolate. It has a full body and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel, with a warming alcohol finish.
