As part of their whiskey barrel aging program, Polly's has crafted a decadent and robust stout that sets the standard for the industry. Despite their humble beginnings as a two-man operation, Polly's now works with some of the most talented brewers in the business, showcasing their skills and pushing the boundaries of flavor and aging. Aged in former Madeira Sherry and Bourbon casks, Black Brook proudly honors its Welsh roots with a bold 14.5% alcohol content.
