Boskeun is a Belgian Easter beer brewed by De Dolle Brouwers. It is named after Jo, one of the two brothers who founded the brewery and preferred to brew blond beer at home. The beer is brewed with pale malt and Golding hops, as well as cane sugar, which contributes to its light body and dry finish. Boskeun is refermented in the bottle, which gives it a complex and effervescent character. The name Boskeun means "rabbit of the wood" in Flemish, and the label features a rabbit sampling the last brew. Overall, Boskeun is a unique and flavorful Belgian beer that is perfect for the Easter season.
