Introducing "Change the Time," a remarkable New England Double IPA brewed in collaboration between Track Brewing Company and North Park Beer Company. This Triple Dry-Hopped Double IPA features an impressive lineup of hops, each carefully chosen for its unique flavor profile and contribution to the overall experience.
At the forefront is the esteemed Nelson Sauvin, available in both CGX and T90 forms. Known for its distinctive white wine and tropical fruit character, Nelson Sauvin brings a delightful complexity to the beer. Expect notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, and a subtle hint of white grape.
Complementing the Nelson Sauvin are the vibrant and aromatic Motueka hops, present in both Sub Zero Hop Keif and T90 versions. With their citrus-forward profile and herbaceous qualities, Motueka adds a refreshing twist to the flavor profile. Look out for bright lemon, lime zest, and a touch of fresh herbs.
Citra, a beloved hop variety in the craft beer world, makes its presence known in both Cryo and T90 forms. Renowned for its intense tropical and citrus punch, Citra lends "Change the Time" an irresistible combination of juicy pineapple, grapefruit, and tangerine flavors.
