This iconic Amun-Ra Solera Stout from Omnipollo is the first ever BA stout from their Church to be bottled. Brewed in Richmond four years ago at THE VEIL, this imperial stout was aged in Laird’s apple brandy, BLISS maple syrup, and bourbon barrels for years. Matt Tarpey from The Veil then partnered with Omnipollo to craft an additional imperial stout for a 50/50 blend, before being transferred to Buffalo Trace bourbon, Laird’s apple brandy, and BLISS maple syrup barrels for another 16 months. Further aging with toast/raw coconut and Ugandan vanilla beans resulted in a flavor profile of apples, pecans, vanilla, coconut, and oak, delicately blended with bourbon and maple syrup-infused notes for an incomparable finish. Amun-Ra Solera Stout is a barrel-aged American stout of unparalleled complexity.
