dHop49 is the result of our latest experimentation and the culmination of our ongoing quest for excellence. This Imperial/Double IPA showcases the harmonious combination of Citra and Strata hops, bringing together their unique flavors and characteristics in a remarkable way.
In the creation of dHop49, we implemented our latest discoveries and techniques, comparing them to previous batches to push the boundaries of flavor and aroma. We embarked on a unique process, blending two fermentations before the dry hop stage. One of these fermentations was carefully inoculated with precursor compounds, priming our special yeast for the main dry hop event. As a result, a burst of captivating citrus notes, fruit cocktail, and the nostalgic sweetness of Hawaiian punch greets the senses.
