This Druif Riesling (21|22) Blend #50 is crafted with hand-picked Riesling grapes from the esteemed Harth & Harth vineyards in Rheinhessen, Germany. The grapes underwent a five-month maceration process before being blended with a combination of two-year-old and three-year-old lambics. The resulting blend was then expertly combined with lambic from four separate barrels and ten different brews, resulting in an average age of 22 months. The final product has a concentrated fruit flavor, with 500 grams of Riesling grapes per litre. Only 3 Fonteinen's renowned lambic was used in this blend, resulting in a 8.1% alcohol content.
