Crafted through a blend of various vintages, Reserve matures in petite 225-liter French oak barrels for up to 30 months. Extended oak contact imparts subtle notes of coffee and chocolate to the wine. A portion fortified with our exclusive cherry distillate adds a delicate balance, featuring discreet hints of wild cherries and forest raspberries.
With its intricate complexity and refined palate, Reserve pairs exquisitely with savory cuisine. It complements dishes such as game, braised beef, robust cheeses, pâtés, and terrines. Additionally, its nuanced character enhances chocolate-centric desserts. Reserve has the potential to age gracefully for years and maintains its allure for several months after opening when stored in a cool environment.
