The Gluttony Double IPA from Amager Bryghus' Sinner Series has returned. This beer pours a dark amber with a light gray foam. Its aroma is reminiscent of spicy honey, fermented apples and clove. On the tongue, you'll first taste a soft sweetness followed by a sharp bitterness. Its full-bodied texture is slightly oily. Malt creates a thick, full body while the high alcoholic content adds sweetness and warmth. Additionally, hops add a floral note and bitterness to counteract any excessive sugar. A the name suggest this beer is a prime example of gluttony with its 9,4% ABV.
