Weissbier or as many people call it, wheat beer, must consist of at least 50 % wheat malt. The combination of the best barley and wheat malts produce a hazy full bodied delicate beer. Of course, its top fermented which will leave a tiny bit of sediment in the bottle containing the essence and full taste of the beer so make sure to get every drop in the glass.

We get 10 to 15 new kinds of beers every week. What you find this week might be gone next week, but then we got new beers just for you.
