When the Bissell Brothers came to town, Northern Monk knew they had to brew a big IPA. They didn't disappoint, with Patrons Project 6.02 being a hazy DIPA with a smooth, full-flavored body and a big tropical fruit aroma and flavor.
The 15% wheat and oats in the grist help to smooth out the mouthfeel, while the Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra hops provide the tropical fruit flavors. The result is a beer that is both delicious and quaffable.
Patrons Project 6.02 is perfect for enjoying on a hot day or sharing with friends. It also pairs well with spicy food, fruity desserts, and tropical fruits.
