Pirouette from Sort Cider is a fresh and clean cider with 7.8% alcohol. It's floral and wine-like, with a scent of summer green apples and hints of honey, lime, and red grapefruit. The cider is made from 80% Pirouette apples and 20% mixed cider apples, which were picked, crushed, and pressed in November 2020, bottled in April 2021, and degorged in March 2022. Serve it chilled at 5-6 degrees, but be careful because it's so delicious you'll want to keep drinking it. The summer of 2020 was one of the warmest in 100 years, with plenty of sunshine, resulting in apples with high sugar content and a strong, aromatic cider.
