Saint Gilloise Cuvée by Brasserie Cantillon exemplifies the art of preserving hop subtlety. Its selected lambics offer an elegant and refined balance of acidity and bitterness without the need for blending young lambics or adding fructose. To create the desired secondary fermentation, liquid sucrose is introduced. Like all Cantillon Brewery's creations, Cuvée Saint-Gilloise ages beautifully but is best enjoyed when young. This 5% ABV beer promises a floral hop experience to be cherished in the moment.
