Sunny Moon is an ode to Polly's brewing journey, blending old-school resinous flavors with modern juice slingers. The brewers used Loral for its super-noble bridging characteristics and Idaho 7 for a fruit-forward touch. With the LA3 yeast strain, this beer boasts floral, peppery, and spicy notes, as well as soft apricot, red grapefruit, and sticky orange marmalade flavors.
