Willow is a Double IPA from The Drowned Lands Brewery. This unique brew undergoes foeder fermentation and combines a blend of floor malted Bohemian pilsner and extra hell pilsner base malts, white wheat, and flaked oats. In the kettle, it's hopped with Citra and Cascade, and then double dry-hopped with Cashmere and Citra.
The flavor profile of Willow is a delightful combination of orange creamsicle, candied grapefruit, ripe strawberries, and subtle oak notes. The creamy mouthfeel and fruity hop character create a harmonious balance, making this DIPA a treat for the senses.
