Despite its Danish origins being long forgotten, this cake was simply known as "The World's Best." So when Bådin brewery from Bodø, Norway - a short distance from Harstad and Kvæfjorden - reached out to Amager Bryghus for a collaboration beer, it made perfect sense to pay homage to this iconic dessert. This resulted in an indulgent 11% Imperial Pastry Stout, aptly named "World's Best," that perfectly captures the flavors of Norwegian culture.
